3 Reasons Why
People Get Acne
Acne is a terrible skin condition affecting millions of people around
the world. Many spend their whole life trying to find something that
works and often wind up wasting hundreds of dollars on treatments that
are expensive and not customized to their specific skin and acne
problems. While, there are many generic home remedies, they are
cost-effective and easily accessible meaning you can try them all to
find the right one or combination of treatments for you. Learn how to
get rid of acne naturally with a few quick to make and easy to use home
remedies.
To know how to get rid of acne you need to understand why we get acne
in the first place. To approach both the problems and solutions of acne
we'll go through the top three reasons why people get acne and provide
you with the tools to get rid of it.
1. Internal Toxins
Toxins are all around you in the environment and daily life, but you
also have toxins in your body that your body works around the clock to
fight and work to keep you from getting sick. When your body has too
many toxins or infections you will likely sweat more or spike a fever,
this causes the toxins to come out through your pores and cause pimples
to appear. A pimple is no more than an infected pore. When the pore is
clean and clear, your skin will be too. In order to combat these
infections, you need to have skin that is clean and protected. Toners
are great protecting agents for toxins and help to balance the skin as
you release toxins. One great home remedy for toner is Papaya juice.
Apply all over your face, let sit for fifteen to twenty minutes, then
rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.
2. Excessive Oiliness
Oily skin causes dirt and oil to clog the pores which can allow
bacteria to grow and infections to start, which causes the pimples to
show up. By keeping your face clean you can avoid this build up of oil
and dirt. One great remedy for cleaners is to mix equal parts Rosewater
(which can be found at most health food stores and many pharmacies) and
lime juice. This solution can be kept in the refrigerator for several
weeks for easy accessibility.
3. Dead Skin Cells
Dead skin cells are harmful in the same way that excessive dirt and
oil are. When you don't take the time to exfoliate or use a weekly mask
your dead skin cells sit there and are an open invitation for bacteria
to settle into pores. Pores are tighter when fresh skin is on top and
this keeps dirt and oil from clogging them. A great mask to use if you
have dry skin is a paste made from oatmeal and water. If you don't have
dry skin, make a paste out of baking soda and water. Both masks can be
allowed to dry, and then rinsed off with warm water. Always apply a mask
at the end of your day, so your skin will be clean for a period of time.
Follow up with a moisturizer and enjoy your bright new skin.

I don't know any "natural ways " except washing your face often with a regular soft soap. There are also natural exfoliants made with lime juice, sea salt, vodka, etc. But those are pretty expensive and don't really heal acne. Otherwise, you could go with Vichy products. They are specialized in acne treatments and don't use too many chemicals. Finally, I found a site that might really help: wikihow.com/ Get-Rid-of-Acne If you're looking for VERY natural ways of calming down your acne, there are the following: - Garlic applied to the affected area - A paste made of cucumbers - Mint oil or mint juice - Honey I don't know about their efficiency. Hope it helps! |

There are a couple of ways, depending on your skin type, here's an acne scrub that really helped my skin! Okay you'll need a little bit of original yogurt, green tea bags, honey, lemon or lime, salt, hot water. Alrighty so first you make a cup of bowling water add a green tea bag, add honey into it, about 1 table spoon, let it dissolve and cool down. later add a bit of fresh lemon into it, about 3 teaspoons, than add about 1/ 2 table spoon of yogurt than put some salt in till it has some thickness. Stir it good and keep in a refrigerator while its being unused. And stop wearing make-up. If the scrub is too much and hurts you more, use a bit of lemon on your face, it helps prevent and sometimes gets rid of acne, but don't use a whole lot. You can also use toothpaste to get rid of acne. Check your food to see if anything you eat will give you oily skin or break-outs, heck it could be the make-up your wearing that give you acne. You can also buy a steam pore cleaner which helps open up pores and makes it easier to clean with regular store product cleansers (or you can get a hot bowl of water and put a towel over your head as the steam relaxes you skin and than use a cleanser) Also make sure you don't touch your face a whole lot, and do not pick at any of you zits (it just cause inflammation and spreads the bacteria), also remember to keep your hair away from your face as you cleanse and leave it that way if you can over night, or all day ( hair can carry natural oil that can irritate your skin enough to break out) I would look for pore cleansers and tighteners if you can. See also if you have dry skin or oily. Also getting sunlight will help your skin, just not to much. Also get Vaseline for overnight , it helps your skin and it quickly heals all those scabs you get with acne problems. Hope this helped. |

Human skin consists of many tiny pores. These pores are connected to oil glands. Once these oil glands are blocked by the sedum or dirt substance and infected by bacteria, pimples will break out. Doctors always use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to kill bacteria in skin pores, and other pills are used to restrict hormone and oil secretion. Those all have some harmful effects on your body. In order to get ride of pimples, you must keep your face clean all times. You can try Chlorella Gel Cleanser. It is made of edible algae and contains vitamins, Carotene, chlorophyll, amine acids, proteins, SOD enzyme, alga polysaccharides . Chlorella Gel Cleanser can clean corneous cells, sebum, sweat, dust, and removes pimples quickly. |
