3 Reasons Why
People Get Acne
Acne is a terrible skin condition affecting millions of people around
the world. Many spend their whole life trying to find something that
works and often wind up wasting hundreds of dollars on treatments that
are expensive and not customized to their specific skin and acne
problems. While, there are many generic home remedies, they are
cost-effective and easily accessible meaning you can try them all to
find the right one or combination of treatments for you. Learn how to
get rid of acne naturally with a few quick to make and easy to use home
remedies.
To know how to get rid of acne you need to understand why we get acne
in the first place. To approach both the problems and solutions of acne
we'll go through the top three reasons why people get acne and provide
you with the tools to get rid of it.
1. Internal Toxins
Toxins are all around you in the environment and daily life, but you
also have toxins in your body that your body works around the clock to
fight and work to keep you from getting sick. When your body has too
many toxins or infections you will likely sweat more or spike a fever,
this causes the toxins to come out through your pores and cause pimples
to appear. A pimple is no more than an infected pore. When the pore is
clean and clear, your skin will be too. In order to combat these
infections, you need to have skin that is clean and protected. Toners
are great protecting agents for toxins and help to balance the skin as
you release toxins. One great home remedy for toner is Papaya juice.
Apply all over your face, let sit for fifteen to twenty minutes, then
rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.
2. Excessive Oiliness
Oily skin causes dirt and oil to clog the pores which can allow
bacteria to grow and infections to start, which causes the pimples to
show up. By keeping your face clean you can avoid this build up of oil
and dirt. One great remedy for cleaners is to mix equal parts Rosewater
(which can be found at most health food stores and many pharmacies) and
lime juice. This solution can be kept in the refrigerator for several
weeks for easy accessibility.
3. Dead Skin Cells
Dead skin cells are harmful in the same way that excessive dirt and
oil are. When you don't take the time to exfoliate or use a weekly mask
your dead skin cells sit there and are an open invitation for bacteria
to settle into pores. Pores are tighter when fresh skin is on top and
this keeps dirt and oil from clogging them. A great mask to use if you
have dry skin is a paste made from oatmeal and water. If you don't have
dry skin, make a paste out of baking soda and water. Both masks can be
allowed to dry, and then rinsed off with warm water. Always apply a mask
at the end of your day, so your skin will be clean for a period of time.
Follow up with a moisturizer and enjoy your bright new skin.

I use acne body wash Most acne wash brands have it, I use the generic brand and it works and you can exfoliate with a loofah to keep the pores clear I also have a little bit of hair, I use Veet If you can reach your whole back (or wherever you have hair to remove) then you'll be fine, if not you might need someone to help you but if the hair isn't dark, don't worry about it. Also, If they hair is darkish, and you're very light, you can try lying out in the sun for 15 minutes or so every day, and it will lighten the hair a bit

Try the Neutrogena Clean Body Wash (it is a brown color). It is useful because it dries the oil on your skin while moustorizing it. You can use it on your face, too. Try the St. Ive's Apricot Scrub to get rid of mild pimples on your face.

Easy apply tea tree oil suited for your skin. You can get this tea tree oil from a dermalogist or a doctor or a pharmacy. Do not put any source of soap on your back this would irritate the pimples making them really red. Scrub your back daily gently. If you scrubed it hard your pimples would pop leaving them having acne scars. Putting skin conditioner (lotion) would avoid your skin to grow more pimples. If you sweat alot or play a certain sport that involvees sweating then it may be the cause of the pimples. You should wash your back with cold water to close your pores. Face acne creams may work for a minority of the pimples but your pimples would grow back. If it is only suited for your face then it is definatly not suited for your back and neck regions that are less exposed to sun is more sensetive. Do not try applying soap or toothpaste they block your pores and later in your life you'd end up with these hole like things(deep pores) in your face.
