3 Reasons Why People Get Acne

Acne is a terrible skin condition affecting millions of people around the world. Many spend their whole life trying to find something that works and often wind up wasting hundreds of dollars on treatments that are expensive and not customized to their specific skin and acne problems. While, there are many generic home remedies, they are cost-effective and easily accessible meaning you can try them all to find the right one or combination of treatments for you. Learn how to get rid of acne naturally with a few quick to make and easy to use home remedies.

To know how to get rid of acne you need to understand why we get acne in the first place. To approach both the problems and solutions of acne we'll go through the top three reasons why people get acne and provide you with the tools to get rid of it.

1. Internal Toxins

Toxins are all around you in the environment and daily life, but you also have toxins in your body that your body works around the clock to fight and work to keep you from getting sick. When your body has too many toxins or infections you will likely sweat more or spike a fever, this causes the toxins to come out through your pores and cause pimples to appear. A pimple is no more than an infected pore. When the pore is clean and clear, your skin will be too. In order to combat these infections, you need to have skin that is clean and protected. Toners are great protecting agents for toxins and help to balance the skin as you release toxins. One great home remedy for toner is Papaya juice. Apply all over your face, let sit for fifteen to twenty minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.

2. Excessive Oiliness

Oily skin causes dirt and oil to clog the pores which can allow bacteria to grow and infections to start, which causes the pimples to show up. By keeping your face clean you can avoid this build up of oil and dirt. One great remedy for cleaners is to mix equal parts Rosewater (which can be found at most health food stores and many pharmacies) and lime juice. This solution can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks for easy accessibility.

3. Dead Skin Cells

Dead skin cells are harmful in the same way that excessive dirt and oil are. When you don't take the time to exfoliate or use a weekly mask your dead skin cells sit there and are an open invitation for bacteria to settle into pores. Pores are tighter when fresh skin is on top and this keeps dirt and oil from clogging them. A great mask to use if you have dry skin is a paste made from oatmeal and water. If you don't have dry skin, make a paste out of baking soda and water. Both masks can be allowed to dry, and then rinsed off with warm water. Always apply a mask at the end of your day, so your skin will be clean for a period of time. Follow up with a moisturizer and enjoy your bright new skin.

There isn't quick fix, you have to take care of your skin daily to really maintain good health. get some toner, a good face wash, and cortizone cream. wash your face every night, apply toner on face and neck, put a layer of cortizone cream on your whole face (avoid eyes) and neck. it might seem like a pain, but it really takes just 5 minutes a day and it's soooo worth it for nice skin! : )

Hey There are many ways that can help you to treat your acne. here are some tips that were helpful for me to treat my acne: Water Drink plenty of water every day. Aim to drink at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne. Sunshine and fresh air Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in your body - an very important vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce your stress and increase oxygen to your skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so try to take a short walk outside every day. Reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates Last research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne. Refined carbs/ sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne The bed sheets Keep the bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of your natural body oils. Wash your face Wash your face just one time a day. Don't wash too many times , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. you can also use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day. Anyhow, don't go out and buy those magical acne free in 24 hours pills that you can find anywhere online, they just don't work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing. Why not? Well, because it takes time to cure acne and you will need at least one week to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to get rid of your acne in 24 hours. If you really want to get rid of your acne there are two recommended methods that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results. Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief. There are only few good Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside. Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their programs they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value. Check this article for useful information about very known and popular program that can help you to cure your acne naturally, fast and safely: squidoo.com/ Acne-Free-In-3-Days-System The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin. There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market in these days and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results. When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are: ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others. You can find more information, reviews, cons and pros on the leading acne skin care products in this website: fightyouracne.info I hope that these tips will help you to get rid of your acne, good luck!
